Hubbard Scholars is an organization dedicated to the uplift, empowerment, and success of Black men, and other men of color, at the University of Iowa. This mentorship program is designed to connect male undergraduate students who are interested in finding mentorship opportunities with graduate and professional students, staff, faculty, alumni, and other professionals. The program will run from November 2024 to June 2025. Those who are selected to participate will be asked to engage with their mentor/mentee on an agreed-upon schedule, participate in all program assessment opportunities, attend at least one social event per year, and attend the end-of-year celebration.
