The iPeer Mentorship Program pairs new international students (mentees) with returning international students (mentor) to provide support to new international students.

Mentors are expected to help model behavior for new volunteers and help them to improve the patient and family experience.

Mentors work with the Summer Research Fellowship Program, PhD research, or Research Distinction Track.

Seasoned pharmacists may share their expertise with students, opening their eyes to real world best practices, career opportunities, and practical advice. Mentors have the reward of helping to shape the future of young pharmacists, and the profession itself.
