The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) at the University of Iowa is excited to offer a mentoring program for first-year engineering students who identify as female. SWE is an organization that supports and empowers female engineers in both an academic setting and into their professional career. SWE’s mentoring program will connect you with a current (2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year) female engineering student as well as other incoming engineering students. This program is meant to provide you with a platform to ask any questions that you may have and will be a great opportunity to meet other female students within the College of Engineering.
