Iowa entrepreneurs get team mentoring from volunteering business leaders, modeled after MIT’s VMS program.

Entrepreneurship students in the professional prep class ENTR:3050 are matched with alumni mentors for career prep, mock interviews, and transition after graduation.

Peer mentors will help lead discussion, answer questions, model resourceful student practices, share your experiences, and build relationships with first-year students.

Launched in 2017, the Tippie College of Business BizEdge Mentoring Program is a mentoring initiative designed for students of color and first-generation, undergraduate business students. The program develops leaders who support and empower others.
